Amanda
Founder & CEO
Hi, my name is Amanda. I grew up here in Oxford and always dreamed of owning a salon in town. I love this community and love that I now get to raise my family here as well as I live my dream. I am most passionate about our apprenticeship program. I love teaching young people everything they need to know about this industry and turning them into successful stylists behind the chair. I love that get to continue to watch them grow here in the salon after they graduate the program. I specialize in curly hair, extensions and blonding but I love everything that comes with working behind the chair!
Erin
Hi my name is Erin, I’ve been at Valor salon sense August 2022. I graduated from Grondins Cosmetology School the same month. When I started here I assisted under Amanda then Kaleigh. My passion is hair and favorite things to do are highlights and grey coverage. Stop by to see me for a brand new style or to refresh your current look! I’m always here to help and would love to see you in my chair!
Jordan
Hi, my name is Jordan. I’ve been a hairstylist since 2014. Blonding, color corrections, and precision haircuts are my specialties. My goal is to help you feel like your best version of yourself. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me playing video games, watching spooky movies, learning new recipes, and spending time with my family.
Elisabeth
Hi I'm Elisabeth, I've been a part of Valor since the beginning. First on the desk, then my Apprenticeship, and now fully liscenced since 2020. I Specialize in Vivids but I love doing it all, Bayalage, highlights, and total transformations. Whatever the outcome I cant wait to make you feel beautiful

My name is Skylar, some people call me Sky! I learn all of the hair things under Amanda. I chose to do hair because i enjoy helping people look and feel their best! I have always loved everything about cosmetology, but one day i would like to specialize in blonding!

Hi! My name is Cassie! I’ve been licensed and practicing hair for 20 years. I still love it as much as I did when I started. I love connecting with people and making them look and feel phenomenal. Valor has been such a great work environment with some really amazing coworkers.
Lacey
As the salon's Director of Operations, my job is to make Valor the best salon in town, both for our talented stylists and staff and for our incredible clients! I have been working behind the chair for the past ten years, I am excited to step out from behind the chair into this new roll, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to use those skills in a new way.
Sophia
Hi, I’m Sophia! I recently graduated from college with a bachelor’s in business management. I’m originally from the area, so after college I moved home. I started working here shortly after and have loved it! After working at the front desk for about a year, I decided to join in the fun and become an apprentice.
Adeline
My name is Adeline, like the movie Age of Adaline. Most people call me Addie. My specialties include color services, blonding and color corrections! When I’m not at the salon, I’m at home with my puppers and my boyfriend!
